Kagome Higurashi Meets Noraku

A vampiric looking man was walking through Kaede's Village. He had long black hair, red eyes and deathly pale skin. He wore a red headband, a tattered red cloak with a high collar that blocked the lower half of his face, had on a black shirt with long sleeves, black pants, had a black glove on his right hand, wore a hideous gold gauntlet on his left arm and had on golden boots that looked very sharp. He had a strange weapon strapped to his right hip.

Kagome was taking a small walk in Kadede's village cause Inuyasha upset her yet again, she tries to take a breather before she blows up on Inuyasha again.

The man sensed a powerful aura nearby. He looked around and saw Kagome. Being curious, he walked over to her cautiously.

"Stupid Inuyahsa who does he think he is? Urg he is such a jerk!" Kagome thought to herself while she continues to walk unaware someone has taken notice of her.

"You seem upset" he said to Kagome. His voice was in an old fashioned type of tone, like one you would expect from a gentleman. However, his eyes looked the same as Naraku's eyes.

Kagome glances at the person speaking to her. "That is a understatment."

"May I ask why?" he asked her as he raised an ebony eyebrow.

"Its just that jerk Inuyahsa." Kagome said with an anime vain then she sighs.

"Inuyasha? The half dog demon that hates my father?" he asked her.

"Huh? Um yes Inuyasha but who is your father?" Kagome asked looking at him a bit confussed.

He sighed. "My father is, regretably, Naraku" he said.

"So its true about Naraku having a son?" Kagome asked with a raised eyebrow as she backed away from him.

"Yes it is but I can assure you, I will not harm you. I want nothing to do with Naraku. I promised my late mother I wouldn't associate with him" he said.

"How do know its true your not a threat and that your not in alliance with your father?" Kagome questioned him still unsure if she should believe him or not.

"Simple, if I was allied with him, I would have attacked you already" he said.

"Fine lets say I believe you so what is it you want from me?" Kagome asked still alittle unsure what to believe.

"Nothing really. I just wanted to see if you were alright. You seemed upset" he said.

"Oh. Well its nothing new with Inuyasha or me. He always goes on and on about Kikyo. Its Kikyo this Kikyo that. Its annoying to hear that all the time and to be compared to her all the time." Kagome said as she started to get jealous thinking about Inuyasha and Kikyo.

He frowned. "Kikyo? You mean the undead priestess?" he asked her.

"Yes! Urg why do you know her?" Kagome asked still annoyed about the Inuyasha & Kikyo mess.

"Not personally. I have heard of her but I have never met her" he said as he shook his head.

"Alright then why did you sigh when you said her name?" Kagome asked.

"I'm just tired of hearing her name. My mother always complained because Naraku always told her Kikyo was better then her" he said with a slight scowl.

"I know what you mean. I am tried of hearing Kikyo's name as well." Kagome said as she taped on of her feet angerly.

He sighed. "Well, it's not like we can do anything to change it. Unless we can somehow travel back in time and prevent Kikyo's birth, I doubt we will stop hearing Kikyo's name" he said.
